The automated appointment system they have in place now is dysfunctional. You can't even get a human on the phone to confirm anything and they don't return calls—when the phone system even enables you to leave a message. Sometimes it just hangs up on you, after blasting music 10X the volume of the dialogue. No, I'm not going to "check in" online. It’s sad that I tried to make an appointment for the past three months and all I got was round around and excuses! They tried to send me elsewhere when I don’t live that side! I’m so disappointed that it’s not our fault they understaff👎 Every day I pass there it seems dead so how can they say they booked for the next 3-6 months. There are no doctors in this office, only nurse practitioners. I had a great experience with the Nurse Practitioners. With that said, when someone is referred to a specialist, a different team takes over and I have had very disappointing experiences (multiple). So call the specialist and stay informed on the progress until the appointment is confirmed.
