The automated appointment system they have in place now is dysfunctional. You can't even get a human on the phone to confirm anything and they don't return calls—when the phone system even enables you to leave a message. Sometimes it just hangs up on you, after blasting music 10X the volume of the dialogue. No, I'm not going to "check in" online. It’s sad that I tried to make an appointment for the past three months and all I got was round around and excuses! They tried to send me elsewhere when I don’t live that side!
