If you have a neurodivergent child or a child with special needs, do not see Anne Pollock at the Kinoole clinic. She is completely unprofessional and lacks basic understanding of sensory processing disorders and masking. She formally accused a parent of lying about their child’s documented sensory difficulties, and school IEP w behavior assessments, simply because the child was on their best behavior during a brief office visit. All other staffs are great, they do their best, and very supportive my care. The provider Aaron is the best, very compassionate, listening, and kind. I always set appnt with him. ----------- Jesus christ, i have met many different APRNs who all were so kind and nice, but the one I had No compassion, No proper assessment, keep treating me like I'm wrong!
