I am just so grateful and appreciative to all the Dentist and staff who are with HICHC. They are so very caring, polite and sensitive to needs. I want to Thank Dr. Yamashita and Dr. Yu for your care in my new tooth implant. Mahalo a me ka Mahalo Mau!
Front desk is nice, anything else is a major hassle. Every filling they have done has fallen out, every one! Poor xrays that have to be redone at my expense. Billing that is wrong. Months to get into an appointment and when you do, they tell you it will cost much more than originally told. If you want to go chat with the front desk folks and avoid getting work done, you might have a winning plan
I think this is a solid dentist. They have great service and are always super kind.
Big mahalo to everyone that works here. The front desk always has caring, patient and efficient people working diligently to help however they can. Honestly the sweetest. Highly recommend Dr.White and Dr.Moates. Dr.White’s dental work is so excellent. He really cares and doesn’t miss a detail I swear. Dr.Chow totally messed up twice on both my fillings, sharp edges and uneven level with the mirror tooth. Now my filling is falling out only a few mo the later and I haveto go back. Hope I can get a different doctor who's more experiences
