3 YEAR WAITING LIST?! Ya'll only got 1 dentist in there?? They're isn't 3 years worth of dentist work needed on THREE islands, let alone in just Hilo. Step your game up.
Had such a great experience with Dr. and the assistant today! 🦷 From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor was super professional and gentle, explained everything clearly, and the lady assisting did an amazing job as well — they worked so well together. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. My teeth feel great and I left the office smiling! Front desk is nice, anything else is a major hassle. Every filling they have done has fallen out, every one! Poor xrays that have to be redone at my expense. Billing that is wrong. Months to get into an appointment and when you do, they tell you it will cost much more than originally told. If you want to go chat with the front desk folks and avoid getting work done, you might have a winning plan
