RecommendedWoke up this morning and main floor heat was broken - showed 58 deg! Called Steffen’s and they were at the house by 8 and up/running by 9:15. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

They lied to me. Told me to postdate a check for service. Told them to cash it on the 25th. They cashed it on the 17th. So it bounced. Then when the technician was there, i walked around the house and heard him on the phone asking, "what do u think is wrong with it?" Hmmmm, sounds like he needs alot more training.

I had a brand new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed. Afterwards I was still not thrilled with how loud our cold air return was. Steffens made it right gave a great deal and doing all new return! Couldn't be more happy with their customer service!
