I recently had a hydrafacial here. My friends have been raving about theirs (not at HiBrow) so when I saw they offered this I booked it. I’ve had my brows done here and it’s been pretty good except for the poor customer service. The staff is apathetic and the last time I had my brows done the girl was unfriendly. Love the services provided (5 star), but very hard to get someone to respond. Online booking is useless; on more than two occasions modified date of service with absolutely no response. Most recently submitted a change 3wks ago and it still shows "unconfirmed". Emailed to follow up on more than two occasions in the past - no response. Call, sometimes answer, sometimes they don't; leave a message - rarely return call. Management of these things has a lot of room for improvement.
