I had a really great experience at the hibiscus, I feel the room was incredibly well priced for how comfortable and spacious it was. It was very clean, amenities were provided and it was nice and relaxing. I specially would like to mention the staff, really great and a big shoutout to Jack, we left some very important stuff behind and he was kind enough to go out of his way and mail it to us, it was incredibly kind and I will be forever grateful.
If there was a way to leave more stars i would, location u cant beat it, service top notch care, staff above and beyond kindness, warmth, and helpful. The pool is awesome, they also provide beach chairs towels and a ride service (Frog Hop) that will take u to the moon and back if u asked them too. Jack the GM has a crack staff that provides any information for the vacationer. And last but not least its all about the location location location, u cant beat it. Loved our stay here! Amazing staff, very friendly. Great location! Rooms are nice and clean, bathroom a bit outdated but that’s okay!
