The lot rents are low for the area! The lots are smaller, but so much easier to maintain. The neighbors are all pretty terrific. These places go fast! If you want one, you'd best be ready to buy when one comes on the market. The manager is very good at keeping us all in check and up-to-date on park happenings. Pretty good homeowners association too.
I've lived in this park for 3 years. The neighbors are great and make sure if your gone to look out for your home while you're away. They have done many improvements since I've been there and changed management and office manager. Donna Murphy is a great gal! Always has a nice word to say and s Smile on her face. ���� ! I've your looking for a nice, quiet place to call home then this is where you should look. You won't be disappointed. ����
I Have been living in Hibiscus Park for 5 years now and have to say previous comment is altogether not at all True.. Donna Murphy is a Great Manager and goes above and beyond to help us all here in the park and that is I'm sure not an easy Task to say the least.. Disgruntled Previous Tenants of our park make these comments only to devalue the park. Wow drove back tru the complex and what happened? Its not as nice as it once was. What a shame. They raised the lot rents and now not any pride. Again what a shame.
I give this place a 5 star rating but you really need to find a new Manger to run this place because Donna Muphry slanders people because of a crime they did not comic so get a new nanger
