I cannot say enough about Hibernian Home Care and the support me, my family and my cousin received from them. When I first contacted them I received a return call almost immediately with a wealth of information that I had not received from the five home care providers I had previously called. The nursing has been wonderful, and the communication with office and the aides has been good. My sister is being taken to her doctors visits by the caregiver, and she is much more happy having the companionship and socialization. The aide is always on time, is fantastic with her communication, confirms with my sister that she is coming, lets her know ahead of time what they are doing that day, and communicates with me. Roger and Cathy helped my Mom during a difficult time for our family. Their compassion and professionalism was very reassuring during this time. They were very thorough with their initial evaluation and made it a point to connect with Mom before any care took place. They were excellent at communicating with our family about Mom and it gave us great piece of mind to know that she was receiving excellent care.
