Driveway a little steep
My family and I lodged at The Mountain Castle property in Hibernation Station in Pigeon Forge, TN from June 16-22, 2024. For starters, our checkin was delayed by approx 1 hour. We were told that the prior residents trashed the place. Nonetheless, it delayed the start of our PAID vacation and our plans for that day. Our check-in time was delayed by approximately 2hrs. Upon entry the cabin was filthy, chairs and beds were broken, bedding was not cleaned (visible stains), TVs were missing from rooms, floors were not swept and the amenities (hot tub, etc.) were not available for immediate use (required cleaning). Water pressure was extremely low, wi-fi reception was bad and late response from maintenance when requested. Very disappointing and do not recommend booking.
