I personally have never had a bad experience using this shop. Ye the wait time usually sucks but it depends on the time and day you go in. Ive had a full tire job done in 30 mins. And just like any other place they have good people and bad people, but i will always go there over any other place.
Took my daughter's car there to have the tires balanced and rotated. Later that afternoon I received a phone call that I needed new tires and new brakes. Problem is, I just had the brakes replaced the day before by another company that was unable to do tire rotation and balancing and there's not a bad tire on the car. When I notified them of such he started back peddling. When I go to pay, they charge me for the lifetime balancing and rotation which I did not want so I had to request a refund.
