I made a appointment for 2 o clock and was expecting a hr wait for them to perform a alignment on my vehicle figured it take them a few to actually get my car back there when I look at the clock again we've been sitting there for 2 hrs and they still haven't moved my vehicle me and my kiddo walk over to KFC to eat a couple buildings down and wen we got back they was quick to get me my vehicle and was very helpful on my problem

Even though they were swamped and short handed, they still did a fantastic job taking care of everyone in a timely fashion. Dwight did a very good job delegating the work load to the employees and handling all of the customers waiting at the front desk. Thank you =)
The people that work and manage The hibdons here in Shawnee have their hands full. They run a corporate office and have a lot of people in and out of the place. That really puts stress on management and employees, the two managers I had today were stellar Hayden & Robert did Everything they Could to manage the property and did it well. Both had good customer service calls
Enjoyed my visit Robert was very helpful get there early because with service this good the line gets long! Great deal great service very much a 10
