Very friendly and professional
Great service, Dwight gave most helpful information about car running rough after removing battery cables. He was right it was smooth running again for a 2006 model! The people are the best and friendly no matter how long it takes 🙂
It was a long wait. But I also didn't make a appointment. Robert was was amazing. He and everyone that works there don't slow down. They are very busy. I would make appointment and not just walk in. But the service was wonderful
Manager Robert at this store has excellent customer service. Being short staffed and helping them where needed is what leadership should be like. I wish his manager would recognize this. I witness Robert trying to help a customer only to be disrespected and cussed at. He still calmly ask that person to leave which he did but not before getting Robert's boss's number and calling to complain.
