Very disappointed with our experience. We went in for a flat tire and decided to purchase a full set of new tires while we were there. During the service, the workers broke our lug studs and then charged us an additional $300 for the damage they caused. When we called to address the issue, the store manager was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the situation. HIBDON TIRES IN YUKON LEAVES NAILS ON THE SHOP FLOOR THAT RUIN NEW TIRES AND WILL NOT REPLACE TIRES THEY RUIN. Went in for tire rotation. When I picked up my car there were so many nails in one I had to replace a tire. It couldn’t be patched. There were nails that had been removed from other cars all over the shop floor. THIS DAMAGE WAS DONE AT THE SHOP!!! They should have replaced the tire for free but offered a 5% discount on the new tire.
