Zero integrity. Avoid at all costs. I stopped here for a tire patch while traveling with my infant. The technician told me the leak was too close to the sidewall to repair and tried to pressure me into buying new tires, even after I mentioned I had a dealer warranty. The Truth: I took it to my dealership the next morning. They found the leak was caused by a piece of metal dead-center in the middle of the tire. Not the sidewall, the middle. You honored your work. Accidents happen or there are bad parts that is beyond your control. You paid to have a vehicle brought back to you all for additional services / repairs after there was mechanical issue and parts that were previously repaired. Thank you all for making it right. I have the lifetime alignment warranty. I brought the vehicle in to have the alignment checked. Usually I receive a printed analysis of the before and after adjustments to the vehicle. This time I was told that there was no noted symptoms. I asked for the printed report at check out and was told they would email it to me. No such thing happened.
