Courteous stsff,however waited for 2 hours for tire service to find out that tires were "out of stock" it was a waste of time.
I've had my pickup truck and my wife's car serviced many times at this Hibdon location (tires, oil change, brakes, etc). Always let us know the cost up front, and an accurate timeframe of completion. Recently I had a brake job and a differential serviced. Eight days later my differential went out, I had it towed to Hibdons. They repaired everything, showed me the damaged parts and how they were repairing it. They had to order parts, several worked on it in the heat of the day...and completed it before closing time. I had taken my car to get my brakes serviced. When the tech was test driving my car, he said he heard my car whining. I told him I have not heard it whining before. He said, it sounds like your power steering pump, which is about $300. When I was questioning him, he was studdering and had me speak to his manager because I wanted an estimate on how much it would cost in writing. Since your sales people at yellowpages get commision fcor the ad.. I think that they should lose their commission if the ad is listed wrong. This would held them accountable to the customer, the public, and the company.
Hibdon in yukon is one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! The employees are always kind and efficient. They don't over charge you and do a wonderful job! I used to buy my tires from walmart and got flats constantly. And whenever I got low tires walmart told me the tires couldn't be fixed. I took my van to Hibdon in yukon and they fixed my tire from walmart for free! I can't sing enough praises for them and recommend them to everyone I know!
Went there several times to get oil change, alignment and tires. I had problems with the tires they were defective and they refused to change them, alleging that I was a girl and that I had no idea what I was talking about, I had to go the firestone store down the street were my car was being serviced and the manager of that store called Hibdon and told them everything that was wrong with the tires, only after that they changed that tires.
