I have absolutely no idea why I do this to myself. I come here because they are the only place open. I needed an oil change and a screw removed and fixed in a tire. Yes that part is a free service but do you really need to keep people here for 3 hours to do it? Was told it would take an hour. Now it’s 3 hours. No one here but me, were only two people here when I got here. So expensive. Customer service lacking. Big O tires could do the job( replacing a camber pin) for me for $300 less plus alignment.
Buying tires can be a very stressful experience, but the guys at Hibdon made this a very relaxed experience. We didn't have a long wait and were not pressured into purchasing additional services. Thanks
