Dropped my car off around 1:30 wasn't told by the girl that they were pretty full and may not get to my car today. No one called me but I recieved an email of what I'd be charge for just looking at my car. I called them at 5pm and was told by guy (who was not giving me his undivided attention) that me car hadn't even been looked at yet. The workers at the Broken Arrow location were just not at the top of their game. I wasnt a happy customer.
Hibdon tires replaced a battery on my 2008 Mercedes-Benz. When I got it back, the fuel gauge no longer worked. After several days of trying to work with them…. And a couple of diagnostics that they ran, They informed me that the fuel gauge - that was just fine for the six years we drove the car - suddenly burned out while under their care was a matter of “coincidence“. They offered a repair at the tune of about $1600.. I tried to work with them at perhaps doing the repair at cost for the part as a compromise, but they refuse... read more
I wasted my afternoon waiting on them to not fix a tire leak. I got my car back with still only 22 lb of air in that tire and it's still leaking.
