I've had my car to hibdons tire in Norman, OK. And now Edmond off Danforth. I've had them put new tires on. And paid for an alignment. The car didn't even need an alignment, they had the tire on backwards. I still paid to have the car aligned. Now I'm here for the same problem a week later. Bought another REAR tire. Be very careful when purchasing tires. We went in they quoted a price so we made an appointment. The next day when we went to the appointment, they raised the price $150!!! What made it ridiculous is we were being waited on by the SAME guy that quoted the price and made the appointment from the previous day!! We went to the Hibdon and OKC and got it $150 cheaper! They advertise they fix flats free but 3 out of 4 times they say the problem is too close to the sidewall so waiting 4 hours to have a tire fixed free is definitely not worth because 3 out of 4 times they will get a way around helping u.
Great poeple, willing to get what you need to ensure your safety on the road.
They don't stand behind there products. I took a tire in to them that I bought from them to get fixed now on my fourth visit tire still not fixed. I went in the last time at 3:30 told they could not get to it they close at 6:00. But wait they are still selling sets of tires and putting them on. So that tells me once they get your money they will get to you when they want. 3 weeks later my tire still going flat. So now I will drive it till it ruins then they can rep[lace it for free. My tires are only 3 months old.
Pretty displeased with this place. They sure do take their sweet time!!!!
My wife needed help with a nail in her tire. I told her to take it to Hibdon the nearest place to have it replaced. I thought it was too big to plug. They told her they could fix it. She didn't need a new tire. I commend Hibdon for doing the right thing instead of trying to make a buck and sell a tire that wasn't needed.
Not clean. Some staff not friendly. Long wait time. Completely missed the fact that we requested that a tire be checked, along with the oil change, as the tech either didn't have the knowledge to see it was bad or didn't check it at all as the next morning tire voilently blew out. Manager was very kind when we took tire back, offered to help, but we still won't be going back.
All I have to say is when I bought my car it had big o tires on it and I go to Hibdon's and they always fixed my flats and rotated my tires for free even though I didn't buy them there. I have never been there when they were busy and working extremely hard. If anyone ever asks me about tires or anything I recommend hibdons
