DO NOT GO HERE. Had standard oil changed on 10/16/20. On the invoice was “courtesy check” ... typically oil changes come with a “courtesy check” of fluid levels and air pressure on tires. Took my car to a mechanic today after my car was overheating and they tell me my coolant is extremely low and oil was a quart over-filled. While visiting family in Oklahoma, (I live in Bowling Green, KY), I heard a noise that sounded like brakes on my truck. I booked a 9 a.m. appointment with Hibdons of Norman but I arrived at 8:30. My truck was finally brought in at 10. Over the phone when I booked the appt, I asked how long and how much total I could expect for the inspection and subsequent brake service. My father went here to get a few things done. Well while trying to do an alignment they broke the tie rod end because it was seized up. Well instead of telling us that the tie rod was seized and it would need replaced before they just kept tugging on it till it broke. Now they are not even willing to fix what that they broke.
RecommendedHad the best experience ever today. I usually go to the 240 store but they don’t take appointments there cause of COVID but they took for ever to work on ur car. Any who I went to the Moore location for oil change and have them rotate my tires end up needing new tires cause of my going bad. I Got a good deal on tires and they even check my hoses for me made there was no leaks fast and quick my appointment was at 1 got out about 2:00 very impressed with the Moore location They will be now my go to shop from now on.
A word of advice to Hibdon Tires Plus in Midwest City, hire someone who actually has customer service skills and the ability to communicate. When we have a drop off appt at 11 am and we have to call at 4:30 only to find out you've had the vehicle for 5.5 hrs & you've looked at it, yet done no work. Instructed you to replace all 4 tires & perform alignment. You said you close at 6. this used to be my go-to tire store........ I use my vehicle to make my living I understand that I have to wait from time to time...... unfortunately this place changes in voice like I change my kids diapers........ used to be an employee there that knew that I need my vehicle to make my living work me in got me in and out....... Not sure what has happened to this store, but I hope they fix it soon. I had appointment, it took them almost 15 minutes to get me checked in. 45 mins past that to get in. Took care of frontend but, never took care of tire monitor system. went back in and said something. Told to pull up at 1st bay and someone would come out. 10 min's, no one showed. I gave up
Worst place you could ever go horrible horrible horrible.
This place is a joke, spent 7hrs waiting in there to just have rotors re surfaced. No customer service at all. I witnessed all day people coming in and out they would tell them they couldn’t work on their car but the very next customer they would take... this happened several times. Then when I got to my car to leave they had left my lug nut lock on my tire!Take your money and business else where to anyone thinking about going here!
