Husband prepaid to have a radiator hose assembly replacement. They had to order it…supposedly. Come to find out it needed only one hose. They said cost was the same. The manager that was there today was very unprofessional and rude. He started off the interaction by ignoring my husband and then when told that the guys outside new about our issue and had our keys but we needed to get in line, he thought he said they were already working on ours. My husband had an appointment and waited for over an hour only to find out that it was going to be another hour. This was just to fix a flat on a tire with road hazard. He left went to another tire place walked in and got it fixed. Cost 10 dollars and 15 minutes. They are trying to do way too much in a day at this place. Can’t use their free rotation because they can’t seem to get us in even with appointments. We are done going here.
Never coming back last time they cross threaded my drain plug and here I am with three others in the lobby been here almost two hours an yet my car hasn’t even been moved. Worst location by far will definitely never return him after this
Worst experience I’ve ever had with any automotive shop. I called them on Saturday around 1 o’clock and they told me to bring my car in and they would put shocks on the car. I get there 30 minutes later and they say there’s too many people ahead of you come in the morning. I show up and drop my car off at 10 AM on Sunday morning. RecommendedFlat tire with 3 kids. Ran over something while waiting on my 9 year old to get a haircut. No spare in a 2018 Chevy Traverse!? You guys were great! Got the tires from you so it cost nothing! Actually had a good time and liked that the employees liked rock and roll!
