went in for an oil change, tire repair and rotation, they said they'd be done in an hour and a half.. 3 hours later they hadn't even pulled it into the shop we showed up at 8:40 am. I had 6 kids with me and we had walked down the street to braums for breakfast and to kill time.... 1st in line and no appointments ahead of us. they had no excuses and didn't seem like they cared one way or the other. miserable experience.
