Hibbs Homes has an exceptional team. They are very mindful of budget for the clients, while supporting their subs on each job. They’ve found a way to balance this which is rare, very appreciative of the work I’ve been given by them. They are a sub first contractor, which in my experience is the best way to be efficient at this all while giving the clients exactly what they were expecting. We had a great experience building with Hibbs Homes in Skyridge. Kim and his team were super responsive, honest and fair throughout the entire building process. Hibbs has an awesome team of employees, subcontractors and suppliers that helped craft a unique space that fits our family perfectly. I would absolutely work with Hibbs Homes again on future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking to build in Park City
Don’t use Hibbs and don’t believe a word they say in the professionally crafted reply to this review. Save yourself our heartache and avoid having a home worth $2.4 million that is not sellable because of the negligence and subsequent damage done by Hibbs. They graded our backyard right into our basement, which has consistently flooded and is unusable. They flooded our basement while it was under construction and DID NOT replace the LVP flooring.
