Trying to manage the shipping address vs billing address is a nightmare when paying. And even if you catch the incorrect information in 5 minutes they don't let you cancel your online order. No customer service number available, only a chat. Freaking ridiculous.
I received my order promptly, but the box they chose in was sturdy enough to the beating the shipping company put it through. My items looked like they had been on tumble,and the box looked like had been through the compactor.
Ordered a pair of slippers online, the product hasn’t been delivered in over 10 days and this company is virtually impossible to get a representative in a timely matter. Spoke to AI and was being transferred and it took over 2 hours to be connected. Be careful when ordering
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even took a pair of jeans down from the display wall for me when I was having trouble finding my size.
