Man I ordered some shoes on March 29th… it’s April 10th and I still ain’t get my package. How y’all say 3-7 business days for shipping and it’s been damn near TWO WEEKS? Last update I seen was April 1st , talking bout “on the way” from Atlanta. Since then? Nothing . Y’all moving like y’all lost my package or just don’t care. Customer service don’t know a thing. I found a very nice pair of nike dunks with the purple swoosh (my daughter's favorite color in size 3) and a new saucony for me. Package was delayed & sent two different sizes shoes in my daughter's box (a 3 & a 6) how??... Shopping again for spring sneakers for my daughter. Will be returning the other pair I purchased for myself. Huge inconvenience and waste of money because customer service states they won't send the other shoe or give store credit. Will never shop here again. I don't recommend anyone should either.
Placed an online order with hopes to receive it in the expected time of 1 week. 1 week later order is still in awaiting carrier status. Customer service was no help. This was my 1st time purchasing but will definitely be my last. I received emails to rate my order before I even got my items, but they said to refrain from mentioning issues with customer service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hopefully the items are worth it, if I ever get them.
Very helpful and attentive
Ordered sneakers here. After 12 days still no update. I contacted them every day and they gave the same excuse how they were backed up and my order was about to ship. Lol they didn't even have my purchase information and still would say that. After 12 days they canceled the order sayinf they didn't have any in stock which is crazy because they reassured me they did and to repurchase them. Horrible customer service
