Normally I’ve had great experiences with Hibbett but this time my order was mixed up with another order in NYC and the size 13 I ordered came in the same shoe but a size 9.5. Luckily I was able to do an in store return while being able to reorder the very limited shoe. Hopefully, the right size comes this time.
The customer service was really helpful.
