workers were extremely nice and efficient during the pickup and checkout process.
They shipped 4 pairs of shoes to the wrong address. The refused to provide a replacement, a refund, or provide any assistance. They were even able to see that my shoes were delivered to the wrong address, but they said it was not their problem. They basically told me too bad that I am out over $300. I called 5 times and waited close to an hour every time. Customer service was rude and provided no assistance. Look at their BBB rating before you purchase from here. They have a "D" and it is for good reason. Buy with caution.
Went to the Hibbett in Kline Village over the weekend for Nikes for myself. Asked for help but the staff ignored us. Then my daughter asked and they continued to talk amongst themselves. We were getting ready to leave when one staff told the guy we needed help. He was not professional at all, like he acted like he didn't want to help me. Will not be shopping there again.
Always forget to take the tags off and ruin my new clothes nobody has time to go back and fourth to they weak store and customer service suck all they do is sit behind the desk and flirt don’t never help
Love shopping here! I also like the rewards I get so on my next purchase I get a percentage off. 🫡
