I won the raffle for my son’s size for the Jordan 12 PS size 1.5Y the pick up process was calm, respectful and professional. The team at the Hagerstown Valley Mall is great!

Won a raffle for shoes and called to let an associate know we would be late for pick up. We stated we would arrive at 12:30pm and were in store at 12:26pm. When we arrived, we stated to an associate that we had called and spoken to a female who said she would hold the shoes until 12:30pm.
