I walked into the store at Barnes Crossing and never got a greeted are asked to be help while I browse the store for my granddaughter some sneakers , I could hear someone talking but they was over by a rack of clothes and guess what on her phone talking and never acknowledged me coming in or going out. This is really unacceptable jobs should just ban cellphones from the jobs
The lady that help me went and got the size shoes I need offered to lace them up for me she basically made me feel at home like I was a celebrity or something I'm talking about professional and polite I loved the experience
