My online order was cancelled for no apparent reason. I used my points for the online order Monday. I was told from the customer service rep, “it would take 24/48 hours for them to be returned.” Today is Friday still no point and my money is still pending. This the second time this year I’ve had a failed online order and atp it’s like what’s the point of a online order!
You can never go wrong with hibbett's, good shoes and people that always have ball knowledge about what your talking about, and the shoes are great
