Very dissatisfied with the rogers location. I needed to return something I purchased. And I shop at siloam location very often. The girl in Rogers location was very unpleasant. She didnt great me, when looking up my purchase didnt speak to me then didnt want to do the return. I just won't go back. Theres sports stores all over now. I will go somewhere else.
No customer service was received. From the moment we walked in up until we left, we were not greeted, asked if we needed assistance, or receive any type of interaction. The store was completely empty and neither of the two guys working said a single word to us
Merary is so kind and patient! I seen her running around and waited for when she had a free second to get some sizes for me. I shared a joke with her and her partner at his expense and he was a great sport. I don’t always expect huge interactions when it’s busy but I definitely appreciate them.
Decent experience, ordered online took a long time to be processed and was never notified it was ready for pick up. Pick up was easy and had no issues.
