So expensive! I figured I would get a discount since I have an account with the company.
I always shop at the Hibbett Sports in Siloam Springs and always have a great experience there, everyone's friendly and will greet you as soon as you walk in. I shopped on Friday (08/01), at the Rogers location in Pinnacle Hills and didn't feel welcomed at all. No one spoke unless you spoke first and the guy that checked me out wasn't friendly, he didn't speak until he said have a good day. If I could give it a negative star I would! I was in the store today and saw a manager yelling at a customer for no reason. The customer was calm, just asking questions and trying to pay. The manager got really aggressive and even told him to meet her outside after work at 5. It was shocking and very unprofessional. I left right away because it made me so uncomfortable.
