They had the exact shoes I was looking for and other things I wanted. Staff and cashier were professional, courteous and very helpful.
Poor customer service. As I arrived at 15 min to closing, and stated I needed 3 pair of shoes. I was greeted with a poor attitude and minimal assistance. I wasn't sure if the young lady at the store was even a representative of the store. I had to ask since at 250 plus pounds she had one a crop top (stomach out) and yoga pants. As the only shoe store in the mall , they have to do better. Learn to customer service if nothing else. I will take my money to Pearland.
