I went into Hibbets the one in Elk City. The girls were more worried about talking and playing on there cell phones. Instead of helping out a new customer to sign up through messages. Which never did I receive what she said on recording that I would receive it tomorrow a code after signing up first time nope and she had a bad attitude and was trying to eye rape my man entire time while we was in there. i recently brought my kids in for shoe shopping the guy that was working seems to not want to be there much less seem to want to help with finding the shoes in my kids size my kid found a pair of shoes the guy rang them up charged my card tried to tell me it didn't go threw i could run it again i looked at the card kiosk it said approved i asked him then why does it say approved he said its not he had to run it again , i looked at online banking and it was charged the guy then got rude said he was holding the shoes i purchas... read more
I have been a loyal Hibbett customer for years. I will never shop on there site again. Now you can only use rewards in the actual site not they app, but did anyone inform ya of this no. Just let our rewards go to waste. Them i ordered a store pick up. Got an email non of the items was available but they won’t refund my money. I am livid! I HATE HIBBETS
