What a joke of a business.
Me and my son went into the store in Simpsonville, SC and no one said “Hello” or even acknowledged us. The male worker only said something to me when I asked how much a sneaker cost. My son was looking for a pair of Nike slides and KDs. No one asked if we needed assistance or anything. MIND YOU THERE WERE 3 people (2 men and 1 female) standing behind the register just talking to each other. My son had to walk up to the counter and ask them about a shoe. Just had a RIDICULOUS experience at Hibbett Sports Smyrna. I came in to purchase a Nike skull wrap headband and look at shoes for my sons and left with an embarrassing and disgusting experience. After purchasing the headband the cashier (young black lady) slid the headband toward me and asked if I needed a bag. It felt wasteful for me to use a bag for the small box the headband came in so I declined the bag. I went into Hibbett and was not greeted!!! There were 3 employees standing at the register. I picked up 1 shoe, and looked at the employees to see if I would be ask i how can I help. Thats when I guy(Dave) walked to the back. So i walked down and picked up another shoe.
