I went into Hibbett and was not greeted!!! There were 3 employees standing at the register. I picked up 1 shoe, and looked at the employees to see if I would be ask i how can I help. Thats when I guy(Dave) walked to the back. So i walked down and picked up another shoe. By this time a white family walks through the door and they greets the by say Hello, welcome to Hibbett( I was not greeted). They gave the white family all the attention and would not service me!!. i have been shopping at hibbetts in Corsicana for years.But after today i will not shop at this hibbetts again.I went to return some shoes that were hurting my son's feet who only wore them for 30 min to an hour and the manager examined the shoes like she had a magnifying glass.mind you the shoes are and look brand new but.she tells me they looked like they were worn for more than 30 min.which is a bold faced lie.She didnt want to return them period.i could tell when i first walked that she didnt.Its sad that I was treated l... read more
