Today, my husband and I had a wonderful experience with an associate named McKenize. She was very professional, polite,and patience with us. I was so impressed by her expertise, I had to tell her manger/supervisor, whose is Drew. He spoke highly of McKenize, as well. Also, I like to give Drew his flowers as well too. Drew was the best at helping us today with Exchange on a pair of shoes that we purchased at the Hazel Green location. Long story short, the Hazelgreen Location refused to Exchange a pair of shoes that I bought three days ago said shoes were ripped at the tongue. Drew had no problem in letting us exchange the shoes. This man was working so hard in his store to make sure every customer was satisfied, and his store was busy!
