Stopped by Hibbett Sports in Parkway Place today, and even though I didn’t end up making a purchase, I had to give a shout-out to the customer service. Kalvin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me great advice on different shoe options based on what I was looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely wanted to help. It’s rare to find that level of service these days! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Kalvin if you need expert help!
Staff was excellent helping me and my grandchildren get basketball shoes.
