When it comes to Jordans especially 1s I'm going to Hibbett first. Everytime
My experience was horrible. I placed an online order and was given the run around for 3 days due to the system not even having my order. Customer service kept hanging up on me and when they finally answered, they were no help at all but blamed the store for everything. The people in the store just couldn’t understand what was going on and really tried to communicate with customer service but customer service were no help to them as well and seemed to not care.
