First off, the store employees were great... friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. HOWEVER, Hibbett Customer Service sucks worse than any other business I've dealt with my entire life! In the last 3 months I have made 13 phone calls & multiple emails & chats simply trying to get a return label for the shoes I ordered in store that turned out to be too big.
