No problems other than never opening on time
I had the worse experience over the weekend . If I could give them a zero i would. I placed a oder online for in store pickup. I never got a email about my oder. I keep calling online and said wait for the email, so the last time I called someone finally told me the oder will not go through even though they took my money out of the account. SOMETHING about their system is up dating. Today the oder is still processing and I can't cancel it. It's always something with the online oders.They really sucks
Came here to find my daughter some shoes for basketball and not a single employee asked if we needed help, they just stood around talking to each other and some other people in the store. I’m leaving this review because they are like this every time we come here, we will not be returning. Very rude. The employees at Foot Locker next door were very polite and helpful but unfortunately did not have the shoes she was looking for.
The young man help me a lots I had two of my grandson and he had so much patient, thank you.
