Anytime I come into this store I am treating with great great customer service. On the other hand there is another Hibbett about 20 minutes away I don't think they really like their job. No one is pleasant, never acknowledge you or even ask if you need help. I always have to look for someone. For that reason I will not go back to that store. I was ready to spend good money for my son. I worked in retail and I thrived to give the best customer service so I guess I expect it everywhere I go.
Bad place needs new management, The manager don't want to work. Come with family neededvthe buy the kids shoes. No one else is in the store. Manger playing like she one of the kids
Poor service
HORRIBLE!!! I ordered some shoes for my birthday the beginning of February and they finally arrived after going back and forth to the store and getting the run arounds. Never offered any type of discount for the inconvenience or anything, I done spent $1,000's in the past with Hibbett Sports but not anymore! Very sad business
