They would definitely get a 1/2 star for the second employee finally helping me after the first one ignored me and then had an attitude because I told her not to ignore my daughter asking a question. The amount of time she spent arguing should’ve been spent doing what she’s actually there for. I’m always surprised at the people who choose to work in customer service and don’t actually know how to handle having a job.
