I have great experiences with this company. I love the ideal of the raffle because you can have your shoes ar home the day it drops.
No problems other than never opening on time
I had the worse experience over the weekend . If I could give them a zero i would. I placed a oder online for in store pickup. I never got a email about my oder. I keep calling online and said wait for the email, so the last time I called someone finally told me the oder will not go through even though they took my money out of the account. SOMETHING about their system is up dating. Today the oder is still processing and I can't cancel it. It's always something with the online oders.They really sucks
