It been over a week since I ordered the shoes. The tracking says it is at the USPS in Alabama since September 2nd. I tried to check the status with their Website Customer Service only to get am AI saying "sorry for your frustration". No results. Couldn't even talk with someone or get an email address to contact. The thing is she needs those shoes by this Saturday. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything online from Hibbett.
Great selection,helpful staff. Wish they had one close to home.
