We had a great experience with an excellent selection of shoes! The store was running a buy-one-get-one sale on Nike headwear. The register did not automatically apply the discount, but the young woman at the counter and another gentleman quickly stepped in, processed the return, and redid the purchase. They were so patient and apologetic throughout the process, and their professionalism really stood out. It was wonderful customer service, especially from such young adults. I have been multiple purchases that I did not get my points on including a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 that I purchased and never got my points for recently, a pair of bronze and black Nike Shox I never got my points for, and two other in-store purchases my points were never applied toward My Rewards for.
