Hannah, the assistant manager went above and beyond to fix an error with my shipping order. She contacted me before my package arrived and even reached out to the store near my house to be sure order was corrected. We appreciated her so much.
I called the Hibbett Store ahead of time to see if the store had availability of shoes I was searching for. I spoke with Carol! He was so patient and wonderful! Answered all of my many questions without frustration. As I am traveling 20+ minutes to shop there. I appreciate his willingness to help and kindness.
