Customer service was amazing. The associate was very prompt and made sure we got what we needed. The shoes we got were close to $200 and we got them for $98 so a great deal. Definitely our go to store.
The employee who helped me was really nice and very helpful. Hibbett definitely puts customer service first.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Selection is pretty good as well.
Overall I gave a 3. Yes everyone did at some point approach me and ask if I needed any help, when I finally needed help I had to go find someone to help me and their was only 2 other customers that were together and 5 employees. I finally chose the shoes I wanted in exchange for another pair that was purchased at another location. About an hour after I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed that I was over charged by $1.79. When doing the exchange the person checking me out didn't do the full amount that was paid out.
