I just experienced the Worst customer service from the Manager ann older woman and male employee. I asked if they would have a certain tennis shoe there because they didn’t have them online. Once they told me if they weren’t on display , they didn’t have them. They didn’t even bother provide any effort of trying to assist with any suggestions at all.Basically , I was disregarded by their unprofessionalism.So , decent customer service is being reduced to the employees feeling the urge of being rude to customers.
