I went in to purchase a pair of all white Air Force ones for an event and notice the associate never opened the box. After I purchased the shoes I opened the box and notice the shoe strings were a weird brown color. I asked to exchange it for a pair with clean all white shoe strings and the associate went to the back and return with another pair that has the same color shoe strings.
