I have been coming back here from time to time and I am still amazed with how affordable their products are. I am really happy.
customer service – i called this store and it started off all wrong the staff all seem as if they dont want to be there and as a pro athlete it was shocking to see how poor the service was...i would never even shop here!!!
Great place for sport needs – It was the off season for my sons sport and I have been having problems finding items at the other Big Chain sporting stores. They had it all. I saved me from traveling all over town and my son was well prepared to play football. When it is baseball season in GA watch out. Every store is only geared up for that sport. That for looking out for the other sports and being connected to whats going on with local sports.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, KIDS WHO RATHER PLAY THAN TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS WORKING – AS I WALKED IN, THERE WERE 3 YOUNG GIRLS AROUND THE COUNTER JUST GOSSIPING. i NEED A PAIR OF SHOES OUT OF THE STOCKROOM. i WAS IGNORED AS THEY STAYED TALKING WITH EACH OTHER. FINALLY, I WENT OVER TO THEM AND ASKED IF I COULD HAVE SOME HELP. THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM. I LEFT AND WENT TO FOOT LOCKER IN JENSEN WHERE I GOT EXCELLENT HELP RIGHT AWAY.
