My package should arrive in 3 days, 10 days have passed and I did not arrive in the store to have answers the manager of the place only goes by saying that they cannot do anything or make a return of the money only to wait for an email from the store to be able to generate a return (mail that still does not arrive)
My parents bought me a gift for my birthday but it never arrived now everything got complicated because they don’t want to make the money back in the store since it is required to do a procedure that lasts months to be able to have the money l will continué waiting
Have not received the order that I placed three weeks ago. All I get is pointy fingers between Hibbett and Fedex. As a consumer, it is not very professional to have to wait now an an additional 10 days or they try to figure out what happened to the package at time of purchase I paid for an item and I did not make Hibbett weight three weeks for payments. I will be returning everything that I just purchased over $600 worth of merchandise this past month and I will be shopping early for Christmas. Just so you know you have lost... read more
