Went there during lean traffic. 2 guys at the store. My wife found the shoe she wanted and asked to try it on. They said it was their store policy that she could only try on one shoe of a pair. How do you get a feel for the fit by wearing a single shoe? I'm sorry, your policy is that your customer can't try on the shoes they are paying to buy? No wonder brick and mortar stores are shutting down everywhere. Too bad for them, what could have been an easy 5 min sale for them ended up going towards a different store in the mall.
Had a sweet gal help my son and I this memorial day and she was so helpful ☺️ she was the manager forgot her name but best experience so far in the 4 years I've been going there.
My package should arrive in 3 days, 10 days have passed and I did not arrive in the store to have answers the manager of the place only goes by saying that they cannot do anything or make a return of the money only to wait for an email from the store to be able to generate a return (mail that still does not arrive)
