I was shopping today and decided on a pair of Nike Pro items. The factory tag was marked $35 but there was a store sticker for $50. When I tried to check out, I was told the item was $50 and that the store had "marked them up". I said, "I worked retail for many years and I've never heard of a store that marked prices up, and that you always gave the customer the lowest price on the tag." The salesperson refused to offer the item for the lowest price. I probably won't be going back.
