My mom pictured below with the injuries to her face and brain died October 17, 2024 after a serious injury (she fell) on October 12, 2024. Their response to the whole situation was very cold. They thought it was ok to have just 1 cna on at night. They also blamed my mother, saying she has a habit of getting out of bed. She had advanced dimenia. Again giving 1 star so it will post. Anyone that gives this place a good review hasn't been there enough to know the truth. The cnas are on their cell phones constantly or talking about personal stuff in the hallways all while the residents pay the price with broken bones. When the residents are injured, they either blame the resident who has demenia or out and out lie about what happened. This place is neglectful to patients,short staffed,and makes excuses and blames patients when they get extremely hurt including broken bones on their watch. CNA'S ARE ON CELL PHONES MOST OF TIME.Or are in a corner complaining about their pay and talking personal stuff. LoriAnnHartford

I would never put another loved one in their care. They're understaffed, don't pay attention to the needs of their patients, and are very neglectful. They don't answer phones, and covid patients have NO phone.
