Took a biopsy and said all was good. It wasn’t, it was Cancer, not something that is good. Lost critical time because of this doctors incompetence.
I really like the man and his staff. I haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor in years. Feels like family. Very easy to make an appointment and a short wait time on visits. I recommend him for your ear, nose and throat conditions.
Just called to make an appointment with Dr. Hibbard and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! She was not patient at all when I tried to tell her about the situation my daughter was going thru. When my daughter called back to give her the time she treated her like she was stupid!! What kind of service does this office have if the first person you talk to is this rude? IF they treat you this way before you go in just imagine how they will treat you when you are there? Unprofessional!
