Dr. Yukiko Oe is one of the best doctors I've ever come across. (Granted that's not too many but still) She's very patient, listens well, is extremely knowledgeable, and is able to give precise recommendations and treatment. She's highly fluent in both Japanese and English. I definitely recommend her and wish all doctors were like her!
I called to schedule a routine physical exam for our family.The receptionist asked about my basic info and found my name in the system and initially confirmed that June 15th was available. However after she learned our insurance is Wellpoint Medicaid, I was told they could not accept us because we are new patients.
