Unbelievably disrespectful. They think they are above the law. Starting heavy machinery, hammering, shouting, and backing up trucks at 5:00 AM in a residential area is completely unacceptable! Noise regulations exist for a reason. If you want a builder that infuriates an entire neighbourhoodand ignores council rules, hire these guys. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Hiban Construction, which is currently operating a construction site located on Wickfield Cct, Ambarvale. The company is consistently breaching residential noise regulations by starting heavy on-site operations at 5:00 AM Under local environmental protection and council bylaws, construction noise in residential areas is strictly prohibited before 7:00 AM on weekdays and weekends.
