We walked into the restaurant and proceeded to walk towards the register. We greeted him and he put his head down and played on his phone. Never said a word... so we left. 😕
RecommendedMy boyfriend and I love to go to Hibachi Express! We love to get either the Super Bowl or the Trio. Its a huge portion and at a great price. The Manager is amazing and always has a smile on his face. We love coming to visit, it is always a pleasure to dine there!
The worst service and establishment in Desoto County. Patronize Tokyo House or people who are actually kind and comprehend customer service. Read the reviews before patronizing them b/c people have not only reported horrible service but roaches in their drinks as well. If you all don't like customers who with a certain skin complexion just don't take our money!
The waiter wasn’t friendly and didn’t check on us to see if we needed anything or to refill our drinks or to bring the check! Poor service, some what palatable food!
