Went to Hibachi tonight. I would call it a Chinese buffet rather than a Japanese buffet. They have a very large array of great Chinese dishes, that were colorful and well prepared. The food was delicious. I had 2 plates of food, one of which was sushi, which was fresh. I found it to be a bargain for $9.99 for all you can eat. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good food for the money. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite.
