Hibachi Express is a great place for Japanese hibachi. The food is great. The serving sizes are generally pretty big. The customer service is great. They are very informative and helpful when needed. The atmosphere is very nice also it is a great place for sitdown or carry out and is very calm and relaxing.
*2 stars — Misleading name, wrong flavors* Hibachi Express has a nice clean dining area, but the food was disappointing. The flavors weren’t Asian — they tasted more like Mexican seasoning and even Cajun blend on my hibachi plate. Wait time was 30-40 minutes for a small order. Staff were all Hispanic, which is fine, but the cooking style and seasonings didn’t match a Japanese restaurant at all. If you’re craving authentic Japanese hibachi, this isn’t it. Good food and great customer service.
Great food, atmosphere good but attire of workers was not acceptable for a restaurant. Crop tops should never be permitted. Also work staff eating behind the counter while serving customers is unsanitary.. personal phone calls should be kept to breaks. This restaurant A rating should be dropped to a B. I have eaten here many times but this experience is the worst..
