The nursing care I've received over the past 2 years was incredible. The nursing team worked well with my doctors at the U of M. They were with me through some of the toughest days of my journey. They not only provided high quality nursing care but also teaching so I can do more independently. Highly recommend!
Updated review: Since my initial review, I would like to thank Hiawatha for taking concerns seriously, the follow-up by management and the intention this company has made to resolve concerns is appreciated. Healthcare and especially home healthcare is an ongoing issue due to the poor reimbursements authorized by social security recipients for high quality care. Awful care from nurses who are inexperienced, impatient, whom do not show up for their shifts and unable to follow care plans. Go anywhere else available for quality care.
