They have an excellent store full of mainly commercial kitchen and food processing products of all kinds and knowledgeable staff to assist. They also have a very good service department.

I had originally planned on using the internet restaurant supply company, but I quickly found out that Hiawatha met the needs of the project way better than the internet restaurant supply company.
