I have a dear distant relative that has seen the service at this clinic declined since covid PA Townsend has become very rude to this patient practically calling the patient a liar for having neck problems & back injury and using a cane . And for being germ conscious ! My own brother is in a nursing home with covid right now very ill because the nurses were not wearing any gloves! So the patient of his -I know this person to be very disabled cannot even do housework cant do hardly anything without being an extreme pain hardl... read more
