BEWARE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS CLINIC TO OPERATE ON YOUR PET, DO NOT TRUST PRICE QUOTED FOR PET SURGERIES EVEN IF THEY PROVIDE A QUOTE IN PRINT!!!!!!! Told one price for a stray cat full mouth tooth extraction only to find out that they will charge more for second half of procedure and that unknown to me, I only paid for half a procedure. I opted sadly to have cat put down when only a fourth of operation was done when they called me to pick her up. Worse experience ever. Seemed pretty good on the first visit and I had high hopes but communication is extremely poor. The only thing that is always very clear and concise is wanting the money upfront before anything else. Communication of some fees are not disclosed until after you've committed to the work. I'd inquired about the price of a neuter and was given 1 quote on one occasion which went up substantially 1 month later. You explained nothing ...you are not telling the truth ..yes you did want to put me in a room and as I told you ...I didn't want to wait another hour. Yes I will get my records....and when I ask for my money back ..there was a service charged to me I did not ask for. Have a good day

Evryone working at this clinic with Dr Hyatt are all friendly and professional. My dog had to have emergency surgery and guess what ...Dr . Hyatt’s stayed preformed the surgery on a holiday and after hours. (Actions of someone who genuinely cares) Thank you all Sebastian lived thru the horrific situation after eating a bone we bought as a treat at the store. Thank you for the long hours and all the care you put in to our baby!

We trusted you with the care and health of Nina ... and you did not even perform the surgery and she died in your hands with the anesthesia... I can not understand how and why .... you ruined my kids Christmas and probably you do not care like when you call and say sorry only that ... nothing is going to bring her back but her death it will be always in your awareness and your heart.

We trusted you with the care and health of Nina ... and you did not even perform the surgery and she died in your hands with the anesthesia... Doctor Hyatt and his Staff have been amazing. I have been taking my boys: Bailey and Midnight there since 2013. It's very easy to tell when someone cares for animals as a job as opposed to when there is a genuine love for animals . That love is there throughout the staff, and as a finicky pet parent, I absolutely appreciate them.

We lost Jake our (85# Black Lab / Shar-Pei ) due to Dr Thomas H Hyatt'S incompetence and a complete lack of proper diagnosis. . Dr Thomas was trying to have us let him do surgery for $1300 to $1600 for an injury that did not exist. He ignored a Temp of 104 and did not preform blood wk nor urinalysis which should have been done. I would not recommend this vet to anyone......
